Dr. Ben Palmer is CEO of Genos and has been involved in the research, design and development of comprehensive emotional intelligence training and development programs and products for over 10 years. His academic credentials, together with the development of numerous EI products, have enabled Ben to become a member of the internationally-renowned EI Consortium. He has made a significant contribution to the application and measurement of emotional intelligence in the workplace and has published several key articles in internationally peer-reviewed scientific journals. Ben is also a Genos EI Master Trainer, delivering certification programs around the country and regularly delivering keynote speeches in the U.S. and internationally.

Bill Sex has a background in various management and leadership roles, having served as President of a privately held manufacturing company prior to setting up New England Coaching in 2004. His experience is across many industries and countries having worked in Europe, the Caribbean and the United States. Along with his leadership role at New England Coaching, Bill is directly involved in our Executive Coaching services, working directly with C-suite individuals in medium and large organizations. With over 20 years executive experience, his ability to connect with clients, focus on the big picture and attain tangible results has made him a much sought after executive confidante.
