One suggestion on how to effectively and successfully (and economically) conduct group coaching is utilizing a tool like the Possibility Board. This online tool provides a basis for individuality as well as accountability, two features normally difficult in group settings. A workbook has also been created to use as a guide during initial sessions. This helps clients understand the tool and build to a point of creating goals and action plans.
