Sheryl Dutra is an accomplished professional whose expertise has been garnered from 20-plus years of human resources experience. Sherry has worked in multiple facets of human resources management and is particularly adept in the areas of leadership development, executive coaching, career management, and project/program management. Sherry’s passion for life-long learning, growth and development has led to a deep commitment to partnering with individuals and businesses to maximize personal and professional potential. With over twenty-five years of leadership and management experience, Ed possesses the ability to effectively partner with individuals and teams in business environments to create action and to deliver results. Ed’s areas of focus include executive coaching, leadership development, performance management, and employee relations. He has held leadership roles at the (former) Federated Department Stores, (former) May Department Stores and Iron Mountain, all of which are multi-location, multi-state and multi-cultural organizations. Known for his business acumen, Ed has ability to resolve complex human relations issues, using his enthusiastic, genuine, accessible and responsive style.
Ginny Hoverman is a results-oriented business and life coach with more than 25 years of experience working with professionals to achieve their highest potential professionally and personally. She is a Certified Executive Coach and holds a Master of Education degree, a Certificate of Advanced Studies, and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Dr. Ben Palmer is CEO of Genos and has been involved in the research, design and development of comprehensive emotional intelligence training and development programs and products for over 10 years. His academic credentials, together with the development of numerous EI products, have enabled Ben to become a member of the internationally-renowned EI Consortium. He has made a significant contribution to the application and measurement of emotional intelligence in the workplace and has published several key articles in internationally peer-reviewed scientific journals.
